Drawing inspiration from the gritty charm of 1970s Chinatown in New York City, Electric Pawn Shop encapsulates a dark and dystopian atmosphere, reminiscent of urban subcultures. However, the design remains rooted in the essence of UAE’s rich culture, creating a juxtaposition of retro aesthetics and modern sensibilities. Neon-lit interiors, retro chairs, and after-dark dining vibes set the stage for a sensory journey that merges exotic cuisine with eclectic music.

Architectural Marvel: A Central Piazza Concept

Spanning 300 square meters, Electric Pawn Shop is conceptualized as an urban object orbiting around a central piazza, where intersecting streets converge. At the heart of this dynamic space stands a sculptural bar, constructed from four bridge concrete beams, evoking a sense of industrial grandeur. Mirrored canopies overhead reflect the play of light, revealing the structural complexity of the venue. Honest and raw, the design exposes the architectural elements, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in its multi-layered narrative.

Navigating the Experience: Neon-Lit Adventures

The floor serves as a navigational map, guiding patrons through a labyrinth of experiences. Neon signs illuminate the path, offering glimpses of upcoming events and hidden encounters.
