Redefining Elegance: Crystal Restaurant in Vietnam

Nestled on 53 Hang Chuoi Street, an ancient thoroughfare in Hanoi, Vietnam, the Crystal Restaurant emerges as a culinary haven within a renovated, elongated house. Crafted by NH Village Architects, this culinary gem specializes in premium Japanese grilled beef delicacies, artfully blending contemporary design with traditional charm.

Fusion of Tradition and Modernity

The restaurant, housed within a tube-shaped structure, seamlessly integrates with its surroundings while exuding an aura of sophistication. Embracing the heritage of the old Hanoi street, the exterior landscape is accentuated by the presence of a majestic ancient tree, serving as a focal point of the restaurant’s design ethos. The interior layout spans three floors, with the common dining area occupying the first floor, while private dining rooms are nestled on the upper levels.

Architectural Elegance

At the heart of the design concept lies the juxtaposition of crystal lights against the serene outdoor landscape, evoking a sense of refinement and allure. The exterior façade captivates with multi-faceted glass windows reminiscent of crystal blocks, strategically positioned to offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Guests are greeted by a tranquil garden entrance adorned with soft landscaping, leading to a reflective pool that offers glimpses into the bustling kitchen through expansive windows.

Intimate Dining Experience

Ascending to the upper levels reveals a realm of intimate dining spaces adorned with exquisite design elements. The second floor boasts dining rooms encased in curved glass brick walls, bathed in the ethereal glow of light refracted from below. Custom-made textured glass doors complement the glass brick walls, infusing the space with a harmonious blend of elegance and unity.

Privileged Seclusion

On the third floor, dining rooms are separated by golden silk fabric-pressed glass walls, fostering an ambiance of airy seclusion. The elliptical crystal lamps lend a touch of opulence to the private dining areas, while locally fired ceramic tiles adorn the floors, resonating with the glossy aesthetics of the interior design elements.

Crystal Restaurant stands as a testament to NH Village Architects’ ingenuity, redefining the dining experience in Vietnam by seamlessly marrying architectural sophistication with culinary excellence.
