Casa FB was conceived as an extension to an existing family home, envisioned to encompass a living area and master suite. Inspired by the welcoming ambiance of vineyard reception areas, the design integrates spaciousness and sophistication, offering a program that includes a living room, cellar, wine bar, support kitchen, and expansive suite.

Architectural Features

From a structural standpoint, the residence features a platform elevated on exposed reinforced concrete, harmonizing with an engineered eucalyptus wood system. Slim metal columns support the wooden framework, ensuring visual transparency and architectural elegance. The utilization of aluminum frames and techno-cement flooring further accentuates the modern aesthetic.

Interior Flexibility

Internal partitions, constructed of steel frame with drywall cladding, enhance the adaptability of the living spaces, allowing for seamless transitions between different areas of the house.
