Layout and Outdoor Integration

Situated on an “L-shaped” plot, the house’s design maximizes opportunities for various outdoor activities amidst lush gardens. A central pool serves as the focal point, accessible from the main level of the house. Adjoining the pool is the gourmet balcony, enveloped in a welcoming ambiance accentuated by wooden ceilings and carefully curated furnishings.

Interior Continuity

The wooden ceiling, extending from the exterior into the interior, acts as a unifying element, bridging the central garden with the more secluded backyard featuring a jacuzzi and hammock. This seamless transition enhances the sense of openness and connection to nature within the residence.

Spatial Variation

Within the social areas, the wooden ceiling rises to simulate a two-water roof slope, creating dynamic spatial variations. This architectural feature delineates distinct zones within the expansive living and dining area, catering to diverse activities such as reading and TV viewing. The strategic layout ensures privacy for both guest and family bedrooms, located in separate wings of the residence.
